This educational class introduces craniosacral therapy and how it supports the nervous system. You’ll learn what craniosacral therapy is, how it works, and why it can be helpful for stress, tension, headaches, and overall regulation — offering a clearer understanding of when and why this gentle therapy may be beneficial.

Learn Tai Chi

This introductory class welcomes you into the ancient practice of Tai Chi, exploring its foundational movements, principles, and the science behind why slow, intentional motion is so powerful for the body and mind.
In this 2-hour introductory workshop, you’ll explore Tai Chi and Qigong through simple, flowing exercises that emphasize breath, relaxation, and alignment. Learn how “soft movement” can improve balance, reduce stress, and bring more ease into your daily life.
Open to all levels—no experience necessary.

Parent Child Workshop
