The Power of Soft Movement: How Tai Chi Can Improve Your Life

This introductory class welcomes you into the ancient practice of Tai Chi, exploring its foundational movements, principles, and the science behind why slow, intentional motion is so powerful for the body and mind.
In this 2-hour introductory workshop, you’ll explore Tai Chi and Qigong through simple, flowing exercises that emphasize breath, relaxation, and alignment. Learn how “soft movement” can improve balance, reduce stress, and bring more ease into your daily life.
Open to all levels—no experience necessary.

Calm and Connect: Massage and Calming Techniques for Parents and Kids.

This hands-on workshop invites parents and children to explore movement, breath, and connection together in a supportive, playful space. You'll discover simple yoga poses, calming breathwork, and mindful energy practices designed for all ages and ability levels — offering tools you can take home to build presence, reduce stress, and deepen the bond you share.
